- Refunds can be requested within 30 days of purchase.
2. Refund Conditions
If you request a refund:
- For subscriptions used for less than one month:
- The refund will be calculated by deducting the cost of the period already consumed based on our monthly pricing rate.
- Any remaining balance will be refunded.
- For subscriptions exceeding one month:
- No refunds will be issued after one month of service usage.
- Promotional Subscriptions: Refunds are not applicable to promotional offers or discounted plans.
